Fire & EMS Statistics

We have updated this information through 2016.

This department is one of the busiest suburban fire departments in Hamilton County. The table below illustrates just how busy we are. These figures reflect an increase in emergency responses of about 71% in the last 20 years and about a 15% increase in the last 5 years.  With continued growth and development, we suspect this general upward trend will continue.

Green Township Fire & EMS recorded asignificant increase in emergency runs for 2016.  Since 2015 was the previous record year, this again sets a new record.

In 2015, the department responded to 7307 emergency runs (fire and EMS). In 2016, there were 7611 runs, an increase of 304 runs, or about 4.2%.  Emergency medical calls again represented the majority of responses with 6042, while there were 1569 fire runs.  This is the first time the department ever exceeded 6000 EMS runs.
