Notice is hereby given that the Northeast Green Township Board of Zoning Appeals will hold a public hearing on March 6, 2017 in the Trustees Meeting Room of the Green Township Administrative Complex, 6303 Harrison Avenue at 4:30 p.m. for the purpose of hearing:

CASE NEGT BZA #2017-01, filed by Steven J. Klein, property owner.  The applicant is seeking a variance from Sections 3-5.12 & 10-3.1 of the Northeast Green Township Zoning Resolution requiring an established principal use on a lot prior to the permitting of an accessory structure. Appellant is seeking permission to construct a freestanding storage garage on a vacant lot (adjacent to applicants home). The lot is located in the “A” Single-Family Residence District of the Northeast Green Township Zoning District. The applicant has filed the appeal under Section 10-12.1of the Northeast Green Township Amended Zoning Resolution.
