Notice of Board of Directors Meeting

for the Western Communities

Energy Special Improvement District, Inc.

The Board of Directors (the "Board") of the Western Communities Energy Special Improvement District, Inc. (the "District") will hold a meeting at 3:00 P.M. on Tuesday, November 18, 2025, at the Green Township Municipal Building, 6303 Harrison Avenue Cincinnati, Ohio 45247. The purposes of the meeting are to" (1) attend to the District Board member roster; (2) review the District's financial statements; (3) review compliance items; (4) discuss future marketing and outreach opportunities for the District; (5) consider a District Virtual Meeting Policy; and (6) consider any other business which properly may come before the Board.

TRAILSIDE VILLAGE GRAND OPENING
